Welcome to Eastern Music Company. We provide products and services to you subject to the following conditions.

1 Terms and Conditions of Purchase

The Instruments
The products sold by Eastern Music Company, namely the harmonium and tabla, have been made for the company to the highest specifications. They are extremely delicate and sensitive. In view of this, we operate clear terms and conditions of sale and return. We advise that you read them clearly before entering into agreement to purchase any of our products.

Customer Service
Eastern Music Company aims to deliver the highest standards of service at all times. We take complaints about our service very seriously. If something is wrong with an order that is being fulfilled by Eastern Music Company, we certainly want to help you. In the event of any questions or problems you may contact us through the website.

Return Policy
All sales are final. Eastern Music Company offer a 48 hour grace period on instruments from the time that they are delivered. Eastern Music Company will consider an item sold if we are not notified by e-mail within 48 hours of receipt of product(s).

Eastern Music Company wants the customer to be satisfied with any products that you purchase from us. If you consider the product(s) to be defective you may want to return the product(s). If you consider this course of action necessary then please do not hesitate to contact us. We will then advise you on how to return the product(s). It is very unlikely that you will receive the wrong product(s) or indeed that any items will be missing upon receipt. This is because we notify our clients of their purchase before receipt of any product.

You will be entitled to a full refund on the cost of your product within the 48 hours grace period less the full cost of delivery and packing. Eastern Music Company will only issue partial refunds for the return of certain items during the grace period if the instrument has had obvious signs of use or if any product is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts. For the avoidance of doubt Eastern Music Company does not accept liability for damage to goods in transit.

Delivery Time
Eastern Music Company cannot ‘guarantee’ an exact delivery time, but we promise to do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible. We aim to deliver your product within 5 working days of receipt of payment for that product.

Most items are in stock. However, we do take pride in ruthless internal checks to our products. An item not in stock, and which is therefore subject to these checks can take several weeks to be delivered. You will be informed if that is the case.

Delivery Area
All Eastern Music Company products can be delivered anywhere within the UK mainland.

Product Disclaimer
Eastern Music Company cannot guarantee that the colour or style of any product will be an exact match with that shown on its website. In all cases Eastern Music Company will endeavor to provide the precise specifications for its instruments in accordance with that listed in its site.

2 General Terms and Conditions

Except where noted otherwise, the price displayed for products at tabla.co.uk represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice.
